You can get a copy of this article by clicking this link News reports that basing their conclusions on “intelligence” reports, the government expects another terrorist attack “this summer”, with the possible use of WMD’s should come as no surprise. The FBI analysis is consistent with my own opinion (not that I’m an expert), and set to paper shortly after 9-11. Not that one needs to have a Mensa[i] IQ to figure it out, once you admit to yourself that the media is not telling you all there is to the story, and you start exploring alternative information sources; in particular, Christian news broadcasts on the Internet, particularly Dr. Stan Monteith’s radio program on http://www.radioliberty.com. Being consistent with my previously expressed opinion, something is not “kosher” (if you’ll excuse the expression) with what happened on 9-11. The intelligence reports that allegedly keep surfacing as they have previously, said that terrorists plan to kill millions of Americans next time. It turned out that the intelligence was NOT FAULTY; the intelligence was A LIE – ALL OF IT! The question I have, which is begging to be asked is: “Why, having the opportunity pre- 9-11… when America wasn’t expecting to be attacked… to use WMDs and kill millions of Americans, did the terrorists not use those weapons on 9-11?” In other words, why awaken a sleeping giant before you try to kill him? Duhhh! As far as political casualties are concerned, the World Trade Towers were a poor strategic choice... especially so early in the morning. Considering that 9-11 was obviously a very well-planned military-style operation, the choice of targets, considering that other, more vulnerable targets which would have killed many more people and disabled commerce in the Tri-State area for many, many years, were just as accessible from the air, leaves a bad taste in my mouth, and an uneasy gut feeling that there is much more than meets the eye here, and there certainly IS much more than you or I will ever know. Contributing to the sense of foreboding is the “nonspecific” terrorist threats that military intelligence has leaked to the press, saying that the danger is real, and that the intelligence is credible. This is a non sequitur[ii]. In order to evaluate if information is credible, one must have some verifiable facts by which to test the verity and veracity of the sources. This is not a lie, per se, but it is an omission. The government is withholding some information. The question is simply this: “Can we trust that the government is concealing this data in the interest of national security, or are they setting us up for what they know is going to happen and/or cannot prevent?”. Since almost without exception, politicians in general are pathological liars, can we have any confidence at all, that there are no ulterior motives or hidden agendas? Can we be sure that there wasn’t tacit consent for 9-11, masquerading as a bureaucratic blunder? I am loath to answer “no” to both of those questions, as it increases the intensity of my distrust. Nevertheless, I must err on the side of caution. The problem with the analysis here, whichever scenario is postulated, is that there’s not enough empirical data available to make a logical, rational decision. As a result, there’s confusion and indecision, which is always worse than a bad decision. In any analysis, one must consider motive – even if it is “Islamic extremism” as some claim, terrorism is by nature, a form of insanity, and sane people cannot predict or control what the insane among us are capable of, or what they will do. Let us, just as a matter of mental exercise; perform a short analysis on the two major possibilities: Possibility number one – The 9-11 attacks were unprovoked, and our government was not involved in any way. This is what I think most Americans believe, a complete faith in that postulate is unfounded in my opinion. First of all, I don’t believe that anyone – “Islamic extremist” or not, would kill himself for no reason. Obviously, there is a reason, but I honestly do not believe that the reason is as much based on “Islamic fundamentalism” as the government and the media would have us believe. I think there is some offense on our part; whether real or perceived, and the Islamic Jihad is simply the tool used by Al Qaeda, the Taliban, et al., in order to recruit the misguided souls into blowing themselves up in retaliation for that (those) offense(s). What the “if” is about, we certainly are in no position to reliably determine. If this scenario is true, then whatever the cause; whatever the reason, it is a certainty that the United States is no longer the safe haven and “neutral zone” amidst the global turmoil it once was. We can expect the situation to get as bad, if not worse than the situation in Israel. In a few years, malls, movie theaters, trains, and every public place could be targets of suicide bombers. The fact that this is not happening right now, is also cause for me to find fault with this possibility; the lack of such attacks is not as much due to the efficacy of our (military) intelligence, as it is due to lack of tacit consent. The implication, as disturbing as may be, is that rogue elements in our own government are conspiring with our enemies. That is treason – punishable by death in wartime. We should have been vigilant after the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, but we became complacent, and we allowed the politicians to lie to us; it’s what we want to hear, after all, so we trust them too much, and let our vigilance fall by the wayside. Then came Oklahoma City. After awhile, we let our guard down again. 9-11 was the result. It is my carefully considered opinion that the idea of total innocence on the part of the U.S. is ridiculous to the point of complete absurdity. However, there is the benefit of the mitigation of a condition of collective cognitive dissonance, when people convince themselves into believing something that puts an end to the logical doubts. Ostriches, burying their heads in the sand, are guilty of much the same thing. Possibility number two - There is a covert engineered complicity with the terrorists in order to bring about a police state; a.k.a.: “New World Order”, and the terrorists were trained by the CIA, and then deliberately provoked. – As crazy as this sounds, there is reason to suspect that at least some of it is true. We do know that prior to the fall of the USSR, CIA advisers trained Afghan soldiers to carry out terrorism in Russia. We also know that the CIA printed doctored Koran’s and other extremist religious materials used to “educate” Afghanistan’s children during Jimmy Carter’s predictable foibles in foreign affairs. What our military intelligence didn’t count on, apparently, was that the USSR would collapse, shortly after they got their asses thoroughly whupped by Afghan soldiers using US made SAM shoulder launched missiles, and would soon find another Shaitan (Satan) to fight – the United States of America. TWA flight 800, which exploded shortly after takeoff, was shot out of the sky into Long Island Sound, by a missile that rose up from the water, according to multiple independent reports from reliable witnesses. Those initial on-the-scene media interviews were never aired again after the initial broadcasts. Following the crash, the NTSB health safety hearings, grounded the fleet amid propaganda of faulty fuel sensors, but the FBI knows descriptions of SAM missile launches, when somebody reports it to them. Years later, it is learned that TWA 800 was not the intended target. Whoever shot it down, intended to hit an El Al flight that was delayed at the gate for 30 minutes. We also know that other aircraft in that airspace, took evasive action, and a French weather satellite captured the missile in flight. We didn’t hear those things on the news did we? Creating an atmosphere of panic and fear is how potential dictators throughout history, have risen to power. If Americans fear terrorism, they can be persuaded to relinquish some of their most cherished liberties; trading them for a sense of security and safety, which is, in fact, a carefully contrived illusion. And so, if you take the conspiracy theorists seriously: Behold a Pale Horse, The Unseen Hand, the Masonic New World Order Agenda, the Templars, Milton Byron, et al. seriously, and somehow, the non sequiturs of 9-11 make sense – at least all the pieces of the puzzle seem to fit together better than if it is left unexplained. What is disturbing is that theoretically, there is motive for the conspiracies to exist, but the problem is that such a far-reaching thing requires the cooperation and coordination of too many like-minded people and organizations; something that is not feasible prima facie’. Moreover, while these things seem to be plotted and contrived, it may just be coincidence, or the fulfillment of biblical prophecy. Personally, I give no quarter to “luck” – good or bad; however, biblical prophecy always comes true. You ought to read Ezekiel Chapter 38 and 39 in order to get really scared out of your wits. Those are the two major points of view, and there is a litany of others, sharing elements of each. Who among us can say what is true anymore? One thing, however, is an almost 100% certainty, and that is that 9-11, and the war on Iraq is not the end of terrorism. Anybody with half a brain could have told you as much. We are totally helpless against even a single person who is bent on doing harm to the United States, I don’t care how many billions are squandered away on “Homeland Security”. We are helpless not for lack of manpower, or because of incompetence. When an enemy has a death wish and suicide mission, his audacity makes him undetectable – at least until the pin is pulled, and the biohazard cleanup crews arrive. Hindsight is always 20/20, and Monday-morning-quarterbacking is easy to do; it’s a national sport, but nothing of value comes of it. Unless we trust the government implicitly, and completely – something the founding fathers tried to guard against – we the people must ask the tough questions. The terrorists will not go away because we ignore them, or learn to live with them as Israel has. The United Nations, a forum which is supposed to be available for the presentation and redress of grievances has failed miserably, with its Hegelian Dialectics, and should be disbanded. It should come as no surprise that there are plans in the offing to hurt the United States. The FBI says that there are no specific threats, and that makes me wonder just what the hell it is that they are reading, listening to, or know, that we don’t know. The warnings make no sense; even the Psychic Hotline will give you some tangible (or at least seemingly tangible) information to back up their “readings”. You say that the terrorists will strike again? Will the sun rise in the East, tomorrow? No Shi’ite, Sherlock, where is your magnifying glass? That’s because the terrorists are among us – WE ELECTED THEM. Hey George Dubya, how about giving the American people some tangible evidence, so that we can know that this terrorist thing is not a repeat of the Reichstag fire? America, don’t hold your breath!
