You Nazi bastards know who you are. Please excuse the occasional diversion into the street vernacular; some topics demand the language that best conveys the emotion; and this is a "hot" topic, indeed! For those of you who have stumbled here "by accident", please don't click off this page just yet... there is something really important that you should know; something you should file away in the back of the brainpan, just in case you run into a situation like the one I am about to describe... and chances are if things continue on their present course in this country (USA), you eventually will. First of all, let me start out by saying that this is supposed to be America. Half a lifetime ago, I proudly put on my country's uniform and push-button-murdered "Slanteye Commie Motherfuckers" half a planet away for less of an offense (actually, it was no offense) than the violation of my Constitutional rights as an American. Fortunately for some people I never met (and don't care to meet), those days are far behind me... but I assure those Nazi scumbags, that by the time I finish with them, their lives in the public trust in my country, will forever be destroyed. My message to them is, "Learn how to flip burgers or clean toilets, because shortly, that is what you will be doing". The message of just some of what these people have done is being duplicated on hundreds of web sites around the country. I have very expensive software that registers these pages with over 1.2 MILLION Search Engines... everything from Google and Yahoo! to Arab spider engines I ain't never heard of (and I've been on the 'Net since it began). If you are a Webmaster, you would do well to write your own little essay or blog on this topic, then link it to this page. You'll be helping to rid this country of the type of people who, first of all, abuse their positions in the government, and secondly, dare to cover up their crimes against innocent people by using their position in government - their "qualified immunity" - to try to censor web sites that tell the truth about them. The specific people I speak of are all located somewhere in Warren County, New York, but their ilk can be found anywhere. They are part of the psychiatric "health-care" system. To name a few names, they are Patricia Auer, Patricia Howard, Carol Trombley, et al., who are part and party in a case of alleged child neglect, in the case of Matter of Senator NN, 2004, NYSlipOp 07555 (October 31, 2004) (Appellate Division 3rd Dept.). This is just one case that took an exuberant young boy away from his mother because she dared to demand competent medical treatment for her son, whose ear infection became so acute after he was taken from her, that he had to be operated on, and his adenoids (glands located behind the ears) removed.
According to Donna NN in a State-censored interview (Webcast) on: If one reads the court document that was read into the Webcast verbatim (except for case citations), it is clear that no prima facie evidence was ever produced that gave any indicia that the boy in question named "Senator", was ever abused or neglected. So much is par for the course in this "justice" system, and soon, if Americans just sit back and allow this type of shit to happen to other people, they’ll have no excuse or cause to complain when their child is taken. I know from whence I speak, because I also was accused in a matter unrelated, but similar to this case. I tried to advocate for a child whose mind was being destroyed by Ritalin™. When he called me from school - high as a kite and slurring his words - to plea for help, I "screamed on" some crusading bitch in his school, and next thing I know, I'm accused of abuse. No complete defense. Facts don't matter. The fact that a "crime scene" doesn't actually exist (according to the town clerk who signed a sworn affidavit under penalty of perjury)... doesn't matter. The prophet Isaiah said it best; "... truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter". My life, my marriage, and my business was destroyed by a false allegation, a false arrest, forgery of my signature, perjury by the cops under oath, conspiracy by the judge and the DA to not admit over 40 hours of videotape showing where I actually was, and what really happened, a failed attempt to contaminate my business computer with self-extracting Zip file e-mail attachments (I trash attachments if I don't expect to get them), refusal to hear any of my witnesses, and denial of a motion for the DA to provide a photograph of a non-existent crime scene. Oh, yeah! When they screw up, they cover up by playing like they're the good guys. Then they force you to "risk manage", because to get caught at what they do, would show the American people just how "infallible" our court system is... to tell you the truth, I don't believe Americans give a rat's ass, anymore... so long as it's not them who bear the brunt of the corruption. After they do their nefarious work, these people have the chutzpah to try to coerce people under threat of incarceration that they're right, and the accused person is... (The magic catch phrase)... "In denial". Want an example? Look up the case Mace v. Amestoy, 765 F. Supp. 847 (D. Vt., 1991). However, I digress... back to Donna NN. Donna's case is nothing new. Travesties just like it happen hundreds of times a day, and It is a true axiom that any time that government gets involved in people's personal lives, the situation turns into a cluster fuck of the 11th magnitude (on a scale of 1 to 10). Anytime Hick-Farmer Sigmund Freud Wannabes put their know-it-all noses where they don't belong, the innocent are the ones who end up suffering. There is no example that I've come across that proves otherwise, and thousands that do. Would you be caught dead on a "shrink's" couch? No, I didn't think so. In order for these useless - and most are worse than useless, with notable exceptions - leeches must have their "patients" (victims) by compulsion of the State. A few have been known to be quacks, such as the case of a Hick-Farmer Sigmund Freud Wannabe - see my article True Confessions. So what can you do to protect yourself, and your children? Here are a few guidelines: 1. Keep your children out of schools that employ "counselors" - that means all public schools, and many private schools. 2. If you cannot afford private schools, or find a shrink-less school, then equip your child with a cell phone, and the stern instruction to call you immediately if anyone tries to ask them any questions that make him / her uncomfortable. 3. Instruct your child to scream and not talk to anyone, until you arrive. 4. If the school tries to diagnose your child with ADD/ADHD or a "learning disorder", IMMEDIATELY pull the child out of the school. Record any telephone conversations you have with these people. (Recording by one party without consent of the other party, is legal and admissible in court. Third party recording where none of the parties of the conversation are aware of it being recorded, is an illegal wiretap, except by court order, and inadmissible in court). 5. Download free literature on the psychiatric profession, ADD / ADHD, and learn the dangers of Ritalin™, Prozac™, Adderall™, et al., and the rest of this dangerous psychopharmacology. 6. Report any attempt by the school to drug, intimidate, or brainwash your child to Citizen's Commission on Human Rights.
